HOW DOES IT WORK?
Although we ship worldwide, we ONLY accept consignment items locally here in Australia and therefore not accepting any consignment from overseas.

- CHANEL
- HERMES
- CARTIER
- VAN CLEEF & ARPELS
- do trades/swaps or partial trades
- offer consignment for shoes, sunglasses, watches and ready to wear
- offer consignment for heavily used items, items with discoloration and items that have personalisation/initials, items with missing parts (namely but not limited to hardware, parts, serial sticker, etc)
- offer consignment for certain styles and accessories that we find there are no much market for and highly unlikely that we will be able to sell them
Tell us about your item by answering our consignment form about the items you wish to consign
You will receive a quote within 1-2 business days after submitting our form. If you accept our consignment quote, please arrange for your item(s) to be shipped to us. Shipping is on consignor’s expense. Items must be physically with us and are required to stay with us for a minimum of 30 days to ensure that we are able to maximize the marketing strategy for your items. If you want to withdraw your item early before the 30 days you will be subject to an early withdrawal fee $150 AUD which covers our time and labor for photographing the item. After the 30 days is up, the consignor may request for the items to be shipped back at their own expense or you can leave it with us by reducing the price. Consigned items that remain unsold and that we no longer wish to keep must be sent back within seven days of notification. That is minimal risk, and endless possibilities!
Once we have received your item(s), please kindly allow 3-5 business days for us to proceed with inspection for authenticity and condition stated. We do take authenticity seriously hence multiple cross checks are done to ensure no fakes ever posted for sale on our page. We will then take professional pictures of the item and post it for the agreed consignment quote.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If any of your items are deemed non authentic there is a $150 AUD fee/per item to receive the item back which covers our authentication time and labor. If any of your items in different condition or not as described as per your submission, the quote will be adjusted/revised
If your item does sell, we will send payment within two business days of selling your item. It is your responsibility to ensure you are passing the correct BSB and account number.

No sale = No charge
Our consignment rate covers our time and labor for photograph, promote and market your item and communications to our customers, our administration cost, after sales issues that may arise, and associated risk (scammers, PayPal claims, lost in transit, country custom issues etc.). We take those all those risks away from you. We do the work, you get the rewards.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (AEST). We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Please give us 24-48 hours to respond with a quote.
